Property was immaculate. Kitchen was extremely well stocked. Beds were extremely comfortable. Plenty of linens available. Multiple porches and patios to spread out in. Great fire pit. Fun house for our 3 generation family to have a great time together.

You all have such a beautiful home! The group was beyond thrilled that we are able to stay at such a gorgeous place and we all agreed that the pictures advertised on VRBO does not do the house justice. It’s a beautiful home and the room layout was perfect. Furthermore, Daniel was such a wonderful host. He was so responsive with everything and really did accommodate to our groups’ needs on the fly. Would 100% recommend this place to any group or family wanting a place to enjoy each other's company.

First and foremost, let me say that Daniel and Zack are the most responsive and helpful owner/host we've ever worked with! We had a great week at your house. The few concerns we had were addressed immediately. The beds, linens and towels were comfortable/cozy. We enjoyed all the amenities with this property. The fire pit, pool, hot tub, paddle boards and kayaks gave us plenty of opportunities to be outside in the fresh air. Having two full kitchens was a plus. It was nice to have our boat right at the property for tubing and fishing adventures. Note the only fish caught was right off the dock! I would like to recommend, to the new owners, that you have housekeeping add cleaning the windows on the outside as part of the routine. (thank you for sending someone to do that for us) This gathering brought in 4 generations ages 2yrs-80yrs old. I would recommend renting this house.

We booked this house to celebrate my husband’s grandmother’s 80th birthday (in lieu of a birthday party, she just wanted to spend time with her kids and grandchildren). The house accommodated each family that came and the pool kept all the kids entertained and occupied. The 3 bedroom in-law suite was perfect for people who wanted to go to bed early. We are talking about making this a yearly thing and would absolutely rebook this house.

Vista Point Estate is great for a large extended family like ours. There's plenty of room to spread out but also many areas to come together: the deck, the game area, the pool/patio, dining/living room, fire pit. For the most part, communication was good, especially for the more important things, like when the pool pump did not come back on after a power outage. The kitchen was large and well-equipped. The pool, pool table, and dock were all used extensively. We brought a motor boat and small sail boat and used both most days; we used the boat launch in the nearby park. On the not so good side, all the windows need a good cleaning, as do the decks. Some of the kitchen items also needed washed before use. We would recommend Vista Pointe Estate to any large group of family or friends!

Daniel was super responsive. his place had 10 bedrooms, which was what we needed for it entire extended family. They had great amenities, including a pool table, hot tub, swimming pool, fire pit, swim dock and kayaks.

Great 3 generations family vacation! Enough room for all the kids! The accommodations were outstanding! We really didn't have to bring anything, they even provided firewood!. The pool was great!

This place easily had space for our family of 19 (11 adults, 8 kids). Beautiful lake views and ample deck space. The kitchen was great for prepping meals and feeding a large extended family. The lake is beautiful and great for boating, wave runners, paddleboarding and kayaking. We had one small issue during the stay and the rental company took care of it quickly. It’s worth renting and I would definitely rent it again. The area is so underrated if you like lake life.

This home has everything: beautiful, and spacious, well appointed, easy lake access, a fabulous small pool, wonderful shady porches to hang out on, kayaks and paddleboards, very comfortable beds, enough dishes for the entire family, a large kitchen for cooking, a new Webber grill for grilling outside and a separate cottage for family who needs more quiet. We loved our stay, we enjoyed the nearby Lake Anna State Park, we went mini golfing and boating locally. Thank you for a wonderful family vacation!
