Experience comfort and luxury at our brand new modern and spacious lakefront home on the Private Side of Lake Anna. Enjoy the blue water lake views from the large dock and boathouse, while relaxing in the Swim Spa / Hot Tub, atop one of the many decks, or from the comfort of inside the home through many of the large windows. You will love the entire property including the private beach and waterfront shoreline with a gently sloped naturally sandy bottom, and warm freshwater. We provide lots of water toys including kayaks and paddle boards. Roast some delicious s'mores outside using our outdoor fire pit, have a BBQ using our outdoor gas grill, or swing out front under a beautiful tree. Some of our outdoor yard games include Bocce Ball, Ladder Toss, Horseshoes, Cornhole, and Croquet. Inside, this expansive home has plenty of space for everyone with 8 bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms, an open floor plan and multiple living areas. Relax in the spacious main great room with water views through the huge bright windows, large French doors, a gas fireplace, and 4K Smart TV. Hang out in the huge lower level game room and play pool, ping-pong, foosball, or family appropriate games. We also have 2 Xboxes, just in case you love video games. Kick back in our Home Theater room with 12 super comfy recliners and a 100" 4K Smart TV, or watch one of our 100+ DVD & Blu-Ray movies. This is one of the few homes at Lake Anna with Gigabit Fiber High Speed Internet and a dedicated workspace, so you could work remotely if necessary. Alternatively, you could use the High Speed Internet and Free Wi-Fi network throughout the home to enjoy your time off and stream your favorite shows while you FaceTime everyone!

I had a wonderful weekend getaway here with friends and family to celebrate my Golden Year Birthday. Upon arrival, the home was spotless. Getting in was no hassle thanks to Daniel's extremely clear instructions that were sent well in advance. My guests and I had no issues with linens/bedding. Everything was extremely comfortable; even luxurious in feel! The kitchen was fully stocked and my mother was able to make breakfast to feed us all. No issues were had with any appliances, the movie theater was easy to figure out, and we all enjoyed the extremely large hot tub out back. The double dock out back on the lake, kayaking, the rocking chairs on the front porch, and the swing attached to the gorgeous tree out front were personal favorites of mine. Plenty of things to do both outside and inside the home, but also ample opportunity to retreat into your own space The only suggestion I have is to inform the cleaning crew to not arrive before check out at 10. They arrived at 9:20 AM

We booked Daniel’s place for a family weekend getaway at Lake Anna and couldn’t be more pleased with our experience. We walked in to a spotless house with everything ready to go for us. The kitchen had everything we needed. The pool table, ping pong table, and foosball table on the bottom floor along with the theater room were great amenities for our trip. The dock was a short walk away and was stocked with kayaks, paddle boards, and life jackets. The hot tub was HUGE! At night, we enjoyed using the fire pit. Daniel was very responsive and attentive to all our needs. We really enjoyed our stay. It was worth every penny and we’ll certainly be back.

If I could give this place 6 stars I would! This is the first place I've stayed that truly surpassed the pictures and the responsiveness of the management was lightning fast regardless of the nature of the inquiry. There was a small hiccup with one of the showers but they were right on it - those things are going to happen in any rental - it's how the management responds and these guys are A. I cannot stress how wonderful this place was and I would not hesitate to rent it again. For our group, this is the new bar that anything else will be measured against. We have been coming to Lake Anna for 10 years, and this was the best house experience we have ever had. The communication from the property was excellent, clear and quick to respond. The listing details were accurate and fully showcased the perks of the house. For a new home there were a few small maintenance things we had to follow up on but received quick feedback and action. (So quick that maintenance people just showed up at the house with no warning, but we can overlook that). The house was easy to access and very clean upon check in. Also, great parking space for a larger home (we needed 12 spots since our friend group was coming from different places) and the house details (number of bathrooms, towels, 2 fridges, a pantry and Buter's pantry) and community gathering space) is perfect for a home that sleeps 20. A wonderfully stocked kitchen with all the basics and the right quantity such as more than one cutting board. We cooked all meals at the house for 19 people and had everything we needed. Our only notes for future folks, there is NO shade other than under the deck or under the dock deck so plan accordingly with sunscreen and maybe a popup canopy (if you want to be in the grass, there is nothing to be under). Also, there is no connecting walkway from the house to the dock, so plan for muddy feet and shoes, so an extra pair of easy outside shoes is helpful. We have never stayed in a house that we felt was so prepared and welcoming for us as guests!

Our stay was wonderful. there is so much to do. From the movie room to the games to the lake it was something there for everyone. The home was big enough for a large family. I personally loved sitting on the front porch in the morning taking in the peacefulness and the beauty of the big tree in.the yard. All in all we loved it and we couldn't ask for a better host than Daniel. We hope to make ot back next year.

We were very satisfied with the home. It was very spacious and there were ample beds/bedrooms for our large group. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped as well. The movie theatre and large hot tub were big hits. The paddle boards and kayaks were a very nice bonus that made our stay more fun.

Without a doubt, I will always check the availability of this listing first when we are visiting Lake Anna! The house was a perfect size for 14 adults, though we could have easily fit more comfortably. The home is gorgeous - it is a modern oasis with enough amenities and additions to still make you feel at home. The location is perfect- minutes from the grocery store, gas, etc. To top it all off, there is a 2-story boathouse and a well-appointed patio, which make this home the best place to enjoy beautiful weather and lake views. Lastly, the host team is incredible. We had an issue with Wi-Fi and a shower, and they had techs support immediately. We also discovered the grill was not able to be used - the team had a new grill delivered within an hour so we could grill over the holiday weekend!! I'm not sure that I've ever experienced a more dedicated team wanting their guests to have the best experience possible. No questions asked, a 5-star rental option!

This place is AMAZING!!! More than what we expected. Not one single complaint, but all praises and satisfaction. We stayed here with a large group for our bachelor/bachelorette weekend. It was the perfect location for a big gathering of friends and offered such a fun space for us to enjoy being together. The hot tub easily fit 15+ and is in close proximity to the fire pit allowing for a fun vibe in the evening outdoors. Friends went kayaking and enjoyed the movie theatre and game room. The house was really great for our large group. The rooms are all very spacious and having ample storage space for food and supplies was very helpful in the kitchen. It was wonderful to have so much seating for meals and visiting. The home theater is amazing, and there’s just so much to do in the house. Having lots of private bathrooms was also very nice for our group of women. Everything inside looks so lovely, and then you look out the windows and also get to see beauty all around! This is a fabulous Airbnb. We held a retreat here and the home and the surroundings added much to make this retreat restful and special. The house was very clean, inviting, and had so many options...from a theatre space, to gaming, to the many balconies that overlooked the lake, and many very comfortable beds. Daniel was also very responsive and easy to work with. I highly recommend this Airbnb.

GORGEOUS, CLEAN, SUN-FILLED HOME AND VIEW!!!! The pictures are excellent but you have to see this modern beauty in person! There are two refrigerators, which was very helpful for storing so much food, Keurig and traditional filter coffee machine. 4 bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom, up stairs; a bedroom and private bathroom on the main floor and 3 more bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the walkout basement. Very comfortable beds. The men enjoyed the ping pong table and pool table! A very nice and pretty loud Sono sound bar in the living room. Open, airy layout…no one felt like they were on top of each other. It is a very peaceful area with a sufficient amount of space between this home and the neighbors. Unobstructed VIEWS of Lake Anna!!! Our pictures on the private pier turned out amazing! As for finding the community, it’s best to drive here in daylight because of the rural roads! Just put the 370 house address into your GPS! Host communicated well. Will definitely book again!

Highly highly recommend this house! The layout and back patio are perfect for entertaining. Beds were all super comfy and the hot tub was a hit and is huge! Plenty of bathrooms for a big group and the basement hang out area with all the games was awesome. You could have people hanging out in different areas of the house without ever feeling crammed into one space which was perfect. Coffee on the porch was also great. The back patio / hot tub does feel a little exposed without any trees between you and your neighbors but since it's a new development I'm sure they'll be adding more landscaping eventually.

I hosted a mom’s getaway at Rock Island and the stay exceed our expectations. This was a time of rest, relaxation and refreshing for moms and this house was the perfect backdrop for our local staycation. The house was beautifully designed with all the amenities of home plus a peaceful scenery. I couldn’t have asked for a better location being less than 2 hours from the capital beltway. We used all the amenities and thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor space. We even had a photoshoot on the dock. The owner’s were super responsive and sent accommodations as request were made. I am already looking to book another stay at Rock Island to bring the husband and kids back for a stay.

14 Family & Friends gathered for my husband and my Wedding Anniversary get-away. The house is amazingly peaceful & has a wonderful vibe. Everyone felt at home there - just standing in the front yard Our only issue came as a result of remnants of Hurricane Helene ... a power surge caused the hot tub to be hard down during our stay - it was very disappointing. Initially we called just to get the hot tub cleaned (strong winds blew the top partially off) ; Daniel responded right away - called the pool guy who noticed the bigger issue. The electrician was called but the damage was such that it couldn't be resolved during our stay. On a another note, some of us tried Kayaking for the first time. (some of the seats may need a little love) , but it was an awesome experience. The home is amazingly stocked and extremely cleanand looks as good in person as online. There are not enough words to describe how amazing this home is, but I’ll do my very best. It is by far the greatest AirBnb we have ever stayed at. My family and I rented it to for a family reunion to celebrate my dad’s 80th birthday. Every single room and area of this home is beyond 5 stars. There is so much to do, the home is filled with amenities and games for children and adults of all ages. Every bedroom was huge and comfortable and with its own bathroom. My dad was able to stay in the main level suite and didn’t have to bother with the stairs. The swimming hot tub spa was soooo much fun and great to do some cardio too. The movie room allowed all the grandkids and great grandkids to enjoy movies together. The home was well supplied with everything you need. The kitchen is a chef’s dream and the open areas adjacent to it allowed for all of us to have our meals together. The host is the icing on the cake. He is responsive and super helpful! We are already looking to book again!! TY

Wow! I wish we could rate more than 5 stars. The home was absolutely gorgeous, easy to find, with secure but simple access into the house. The house is huge! Ample space for families to spread out and keep the peace during a family vacation. The movie room was a massive hit to watch a family movie together every night. The kitchen is well stocked with every pot, pan, and appliance you could need. The hot tub/swim spa was a delight. It’s perfect for relaxing or if you want to swim laps it’s great for exercise. We loved the multiple kayaks as well- we were able to take the entire family out and also get out early morning for a relaxing paddle before the day started. The lake is warm, and the neighborhood is kind and quiet. The beds were extremely comfortable and check out was easy and clear. Our host was engaged from the moment we booked to make sure we were prepared and had everything we needed. If you’re wondering if this is the right house- book. We will be back!

Our family of 15 stayed at this lake house and it exceeded all our expectations! The home is spacious and clean offering plenty of room to spread out, with beautifully decorated bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen perfect for our large group. We enjoyed family meals at the big dining table(s) and loved the large family room for watching the Olympics. The deck was great for morning coffee, and the private dock was a hit for swimming and kayaking. The swim spa and outdoor fire pit were also big favorites. The hosts were very responsive and provided many thoughtful amenities. From the ample supply of towels and linens to the board games and DVDs for rainy days, every detail was taken care of. This house truly has it all — beautiful views, comfortable accommodations, and an abundance of activities for everyone. Our family made unforgettable memories, and we can't wait to return! We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a fantastic family getaway.

I’ve stayed in about 10 houses on Lake Anna and this house was absolutely the best… The best amenities and a very nice location. The owner has equipped this house with everything you could possibly want or need for a large group or family reunion vacation. The recently installed swim spa in the back of the house is beautiful and very relaxing! Each room in the house is well decorated and furnished, and the beds are very comfortable… The bathrooms were all very nice and clean and every part of this house was well cared for and well thought out in the planning and execution. Would definitely recommend this eight bedroom house for groups and large families looking for a restful and relaxing vacation and get together! You will not be disappointed!

Stop searching for a house at Lake Anna and book this place! You will not be disappointed. Beautiful and SPACIOUS house with a great dock for all lake activities. This section of the lake was nice and calm--great for the kids to take kayaks out, swim, and fish until their hearts' content. And plenty of entertainment indoors when you need a break from the sun! We WILL definitely stay here again.

Daniel was an outstanding host for my team during the third week of June! Our team of 12 spent our days using the large gathering space to have our collaboration sessions and all the rooms to take separate calls as needed. Daniel was very helpful to our needs and got us in and out with little to do from our end! I would highly recommend this location and other locations in the area hosted by Daniel if you have a larger group, it’s a great place to get away from it all. Can’t wait to return!

Our kids loved it! They stayed very active with games and activities to do and indeed considered our stay a life of Luxury! They of course wish we permanently lived in a house like this beautiful, new lakehouse. While most of the places we rent are a one-time deal, we definitely plan to come back to this location. It's got ample space, fun bunk rooms, TONS of games and activities, and a beautiful lake environment in the back yard for the kids to swim, kayak, play on the shore, etc. An awesome relaxing getaway location, and at a great value too! I had such an amazing time at this house! We stayed with a large group and I was impressed there is a bathroom for each bedroom which is really rare and hard to find. Even though we had a large group there was plenty of seating for everyone in the same area so we still felt like we were all together. Also plenty of space if you need to have alone time or quiet. The house is new, fresh, clean and beautifully decorated. I’d love to know who their interior designer is. The neighborhood is quiet with large lots allowing for peace and privacy as you relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Can’t say enough good about it. Would love to stay here again!

The home was stunning. Really nice amenities and each room had its own bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked with basics for cooking an even pantry basics, which I haven’t experienced at other places. There is still some construction when we came but looks like it should be done soon out back and will be absolutely perfect for backyard entertaining. The only other thing is maybe more kitchen towels, we went through all of them pretty quickly. Hope to come back soon when the weather is even warmer!

The home itself is absolutely beautiful and has lots of space and really comfy beds, with lots of bathrooms. The furniture and extras in the home are nice and thoughtful and it’s all new. We were a big group and we all fit and didn’t feel overcrowded at all. Plenty of space to come together and enjoy each other but also lots of space to have alone time if needed. :) The lake is nice for both kayaking and swimming and the water is a nice temperature. As someone who uses Airbnb a lot, this is one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed! I’m already planning to book again for a family reunion next year!

This is a beautiful, brand new home. It is fairly easy to get to. Because it is new, your gps may take you the vicinity of the home and then follow Daniel’s instructions on getting to the exact house. The house is large, with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. When we came, the dock and the sand was still being finished so it was not usable. However, we were still able to access the lake for a great time kayaking and swimming. There were plenty of life jackets as well for the several kids in our group. Overall, house is well stocked and the host did an amazing job with taking care of us over the weekend. A few small hiccups did come up but Daniel was so responsive and took care of it himself. They were also flexible with us in regards to check in time which was great. Overall, my family and I loved our stay and we are already planning our next trip back! Thank you!!

We had a very memorable and enjoyable stay at the lake house! Highly recommend this space to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway, especially large groups. The house is beautiful and situated in a quiet neighborhood. It's situated in a smaller cove of Lake Anna which was so nice for kayaking, swimming, and enjoying the water. The home is spacious, beds are comfortable, and there were plenty of indoor and outdoor activities. The kitchen is fully stocked, and there are two large dining spaces in addition to the outdoor patio. The grocery store is about 10 minutes away if needed and there a few places to eat in town. The host is very responsive and kind. Check-in was easy. Everything was clean and exactly as described in the listing. We hope to come back again!
