All Decked Out spans two levels. On the first floor, relax in a welcoming living area with comfortable furnishings, a fireplace, and a TV—ideal for unwinding. From here, step out onto the patio to enjoy the gas grill and outdoor space.

 

Upstairs on the main floor, you’ll find a spacious, fully equipped kitchen perfect for creating memorable meals and snacks. The roomy living area comfortably seats your entire group, while the deck provides a scenic outdoor dining space—complete with a special dining area just for kids.

 

With Lake Anna as your backyard, you'll have endless opportunities for outdoor adventure in this breathtaking lakefront setting!

 

You can head to Lake Anna State Park less than 10 miles north and try your hand at hiking, biking, and horseback riding, or take a guided tour of the Goodwin Gold Mine. King's Dominion might be 27.4 miles away, but it's one of the most popular theme parks nearby! The historic city of Fredericksburg is a short 30-mile drive.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The place is beautiful, and you can’t beat the location. We went for Thanksgiving with extended family and the kids had so much fun on the water kayaking. The house was clean and fully furnished with everything we needed. Daniel was incredibly helpful and responsive. We will definitely come back.

What an amazing location and property! We spent the majority of our days down by the dock, fishing, taking in the beautiful water views, canoeing, and enjoying the firepit as the sun dipped below the trees. The pictures really do not do it justice, a must see in person. The hot tub was the perfect end to our days. The house itself was very nice, too. The master bedroom's bed was super comfortable, we slept great. Overall, excellent stay at Lake Anna, and we will surely be back!

This place is perfect for a large group. The view is breathtaking and it was the perfect location for our daughter’s memorial trip. The lake was so peaceful and the house had everything we needed. Daniel was very friendly and incredibly responsive. Thanks for a great trip!

We had an incredible stay! What a beautiful home and perfect spot on the lake. The host was always quick to respond to any questions I had prior to and during our stay. The home is exquisitely decorated and outfitted with all amenities listed in the description. I greatly appreciated having access to extra household items should we need them during our stay (dish soap, paper towels, trash bags, etc.) There were plenty of soft bath towels and beach towels available, and extra warm blankets for cooler temps. We loved fishing right off the dock and my kiddos loved the game room and beach area. Highly recommend this house and host! Can't wait to return!

We enjoyed our stay at Lake Anna! The house was well stocked with lots of towels, toiletries, dishes and pots and pans. It was also very clean on the inside. There's plenty of space to hang out and relax. The game room was a great added bonus. We only had a couple issues but the host was quick to reply. The outdoor space was nice, but the areas near the house were covered in spiders and webs. In order to enjoy the hot tub, we had to spray down the area with the hose. It was great having access to a canoe as we had decided not to rent a boat due to the rainy weather. The beds were comfortable and had soft crisp, clean sheets and cozy comforters. It's a great location for a large family or multi-family for a lake getaway.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful lake house with our family! The property is absolutely stunning — spacious, clean, and well maintained. The lake itself was warm and perfect for swimming, and the kids had a blast with all the activities available. From the sandpit and the arcade room to hours spent in the water, there was never a dull moment. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax, and the house was stocked with great amenities that made our stay comfortable and stress-free. Communication with our host was excellent — they were friendly, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. This was one of our favorite family trips and we’d come back in a heartbeat. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing lake getaway!

Just finished up a great week at "All Decked Out". We've stayed at Lake Anna several times and this was by far the most beautiful piece of land on the lake which just made a perfect house all the better. Being out on a peninsula on the widest part of the lake, made for great peaceful views for fishing and swimming off the dock. Couldn't beat a peaceful morning on the deck. House also had everything we needed for family time. We loved playing pool, board games, firepit, and plenty of water toys and comfortable beds at the end of the day meant we woke up recharged and ready for more lake fun. Daniel's recommendation for boat rental company was also great and much appreciated as it saved us a considerable amount versus the first quote we got. Great host, great house. Will return next time we go to Lake Anna.

This was the fourth year we have rented this house. The location on the wide part of the lake is the best. The house had been recently painted and redecorated. There were numerous upgrades to all the furniture and amenities. The one AC unit failed late in the week and the hosts were responsive and sent a tech out the following day. He needed to order a part, but the other units did a great job keeping the house cool and there was no adverse affect on our stay. It is clear that the new management company truly values you as a customer.

We loved the house. The hosts were fantastic with all our questions ahead of time. The stay was amazing with the deck, the views, the waterfront, the fire pit. We had 4 adults and 8 teenagers (!) at All Decked Out, and everyone had an absolute blast. We had meals on the huge deck, thoroughly enjoyed all of the amenities at the boat dock (including the fun slide), and loved the evening fire pit conversations. Our kids even played some pick-up basketball with the nice next-door neighbors, so you know that the lake house was a vacation dream. We were able to spread everyone out and enjoy privacy and quiet time, even amongst all of the fun craziness. The house had plenty of towels, linens, blankets and kitchen/bathroom supplies. There were even extra dog bowls for our pup who made the trip. The dock house was equipped with kayaks, a canoe, floaties, and just about everything else you can think of. Don't hesitate to rent this house as your place to get away from it all!

Overall, we had a relaxing family vacation in this home. Lots to do in a beautiful park like setting. Daniel was very responsive. We had an issue with the grill (propane tanks were empty) but the situation was rectified the same day and all was well. Daniel and his team truly are super hosts and when we come back to Lake Anna (hopefully next year) we will be sure to book a home that he hosts-We had a great vacation!

Our group of 12 had an incredible time at this lake house! The location was ideal—private and peaceful with gorgeous lake views! The house itself was absolutely stunning: beautifully decorated, clean, and spacious enough that everyone had room to relax without ever feeling crowded. The layout was perfect for a large group, with generous common areas for gathering. One of the standout features was the fantastic space for the kids—they had their own area to play and hang out, which gave the adults a chance to relax. It was a win-win for everyone! We had a great stay at All Decked Out! The kids absolutely loved it and so did the adults. We caught lots of catfish off the huge dock while enjoying the 180 degrees of water view. This place has everything you would want in a vacation rental!

Great place! We had so much fun and relaxation at this place. The kids spent the day in the water and on the raft. We had s’mores around the fire pit every night and enjoyed the game room in the evenings. Daniel was very quick to respond. Easy to give this a 5*!

the house is perfect for a group getaway! we had a large group but we never felt crowded - plenty of space for everyone to do their own thing. we loved lounging on the private dock, taking advantage of the canoe and kayaks, enjoying meals on the large deck, and chatting around the fire pit every night. the house and property are absolutely gorgeous, and we felt right at home! Daniel was an excellent host and very quick to respond to our questions. we look forward to our next stay!

All Decked Out was truly All Decked Out. The decor gave the house a funky fell yet still modern looking. Truly was a gorgeous house and the lake view was impeccable. You were able to see it from any corner in the house! Daniel truly was an amazing host as well. Even leading up to the trip he was very friendly and communicative. Responsive time was very quick and helpful on any little thing. He also keeps his stocked to whatever is needed. Looking forward to returning back!!!!

We had a great time and it was a perfect quick getaway for our family and our childrens' Spring Break! There were lots of amenities to enjoy - the lake, the hot tub, the playroom, the fire pit, the sandbox, the playground, fishing, and kayaking & canoeing. My brother-in-law caught 13 fish (so be sure to bring your fishing poles and take advantage of the back deck)! The home was clean and had everything we needed to be able to enjoy. The way the space was furnished and laid out was perfect to relax. Also, waking up to the view of the calm lake was serene. My husband and I also really loved our walks around the neighborhood as it felt like we were vacationing in the middle of a beautiful state park surrounded by nature, the trees, the lake, and the other lake homes. We also enjoyed the winery and local breweries as well ~ Was not a far drive at all. We definitely recommend it! Thank you for creating a space that allowed us to create memories & as if we were on our own private island!

We had a great time at this beautiful home. Daniel and the team were very responsive and helpful before and during our stay. The double story deck was great to lounge in, kid friendly with the slide into the lake and the playground, and the interior was just beautiful. We really enjoyed our weekend stay. We had three generations and everyone had something to do. We spent a lot of time in the game room and loved the pool table! Outside was peaceful and the fire pit was perfect for smores. It was chilly but we still had a good time relaxing on the boat dock which had a neat upper deck for some beautiful views of the lake. We will definitely be back!
