We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house and setting! We had 14 of us ranging from infant to grandparent and the house was set up with ample opportunities to relax, spend time together, and do fun activities. It was very clean and there were plenty of amenities. The movie theater and games downstairs were amazing and we had so much fun we didn’t feel the need to leave. The house gets a beautiful sunrise in the morning, and there is a nearby park less than 10 minutes walk. Daniel was very responsive to our questions. We would love to come back another time and highly recommend the place.

We had such a wonderful family vacation at Lake Anna! The house was exactly what we were hoping for—clean, spacious, and comfortable for our whole family. The kitchen was well stocked, making it easy to cook meals together, and the living areas gave us plenty of room to relax. The location couldn’t be better. We loved being right on the lake—morning coffee on the deck with the water view was perfect, and the kids had an amazing time swimming and playing by the dock. We also enjoyed using the kayaks and paddleboards, which made for some of our favorite memories from the trip. Check-in was seamless, and our host was responsive and thoughtful, making sure we had everything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. We left feeling refreshed, connected as a family, and already talking about when we’ll come back. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway at Lake Anna!

This home had it all. The game room was enjoyed by all the adults and children. There was enough space for four families! They loved watching movies in the home theater. If you got tired from being in the lake, you can just lay out by the pool! We wanted to go back again but the days we wanted were already taken! We went out one night at the Cove and also to the wineries. Mineral did not disappoint. The kids loved being there and they didn’t want our vacation to end. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

The house is perfect for a big gathering! We were just there with a group of 18 and everyone had the best time. The pool was clean and we asked for it to be warmed and they warmed it really fast! The movie theatwr was a huge hit wifh the little kids! We loved the firepit area for smores and hanging out at night. It eas gfeat that there arent sny bugs at the pool or by the firepit so we were able to enjoy outside. We definitely would go back and highly recommend.

My childhood friends and I have been doing an annual trip together, with our families, for about five years now. This lake Anna house provided us all of the amenities that we could hope for, with a group of 14, including children ranging from 1 - 13. The sizable kitchen and dining room are great for large groups, and having a living room room upstairs and downstairs also helps create spacious and different environments. The variety of games downstairs is absolutely amazing for adults and children of all ages, and the outside area with the large pool, jacuzzi, dock, and fire pit, are all that you could hope for.My only criticism could be that the layout of the house somewhat suffers from a lack of bathrooms downstairs, with three bedrooms on the lower floor, which can accommodate up to 10 people easily, all sharing one full bathroom.The communication with the management group was fantastic; they were extremely responsive, including check-in and check out. We had a wonderful time, and if I could make one recommendation, I would say absolutely rent up pontoon boat for a couple of days, as the lake is splendid. The renter will need a boat license, or a certification (5ish hrs online), which the boat rental company can explain.

This house was incredible! It had everything—pool, lake, games, even a theater room. We were a group of 20, and there was more than enough space for everyone. The beds were super comfortable, which made post-swim naps extra relaxing. The massage chair was a crowd favorite, and basketball quickly became our go-to game. We gathered five families for a week, and this spot was perfect. The house is very large, and the rooms are very large, so you are able to be together while at the same time having enough space to not feel cramped together. Many gathering spaces both inside and outside. The basement was perfect for a family with kids, all of the games and the movie theater and the popcorn machine, even some arcade games for the adults like Golden Tee. We spent most of our time there or at the pool right out the basement doors, and obviously down at the lake. The dock was well maintained and great for our boat rental and paddle boards. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils etc. Bring your own spices and oils etc. It is hard to find a spot everyone for 2 years old to 75 years old likes, but this place hit the mark. Would recommend to friends and family.

Lake Anna is beautiful and all 15 of us enjoyed our stay. Daniel was very helpful and gave us recommendations for restaurants, golf, boat rentals, etc. The house was big enough and the game room, media room and pool were great and used often. Kayaks and canoes were also included and made our stay on the lake even more fun! I would recommend this house for a large party. Definitely rent a pontoon boat.

THE GOOD: Very nice place to relax! Lots to keep busy that the home offers. Fun games in the basement. A large in home movie theater that does not disappoint. A very nice tucked away private dock that was enjoyed every morning with coffee. More than enough space for the amount of people we had stay with us. Hosts were very responsive. We had everything we needed to have a great stay ! I would recommend staying here if you’re looking for a lake house! THE BAD: We had one major issue that I wish was communicated to me sooner rather than later. This is regarding the pool not being open for our stay. These things happen, not a massive deal. The lake was perfectly fine to swim in but if there was an algae bloom we wouldn’t have been able to enjoy the sunshine to its fullest.

Such a lovely gem of a home! It was the perfect size for our large group of friends, and full of activities. Everything was in pristine shape, and the private dock is somehow even easier to access than I expected — just a single set of steps down, and you pass the cute and secluded fire pit along the way. Other highlights include the (multiple!!) basketball hoop arcade setups, and the movie theater room is just as good as the photos convey. The front yard is huge, too, perfect for organized outdoor games like football and kickball. The only minus I have is super trivial: the TVs in the home all had HDMIs but we couldn’t locate AV/S-Video ports, so there was no way to hook up the Wii we’d brought (for additional games like Mario Kart). Big thanks to Daniel for a 5-star stay. We’re already chewing on returning to this exact spot.

The property was so beautiful for our family & offered so much inside & out. There were spacious areas to gather yet at the same time, each of our 6 families had their own relaxing private spaces. Lake Anna itself is so peaceful! The dock by the lake was a favorite spot to sit, relax, read, talk & of course launch the included canoe & kayaks. The kids absolutely loved being able to jump off the dock & swim! The stairs going down to the lake were great, making it easy for even older people to be able to use them with ease. Loved the bonfire pit—there was plenty of firewood provided. The pool & hot tub were a bonus! The house offered many options for dining. The home was thoughtfully arranged. We did have a few issues, but Daniel was very responsive in doing all that he could to resolve them. Everyone unanimously said they slept well in the comfy beds. There were plenty of linens & also items in the kitchen to meet our needs. Check in & out was a breeze. So thankful for our stay! :)

Overall, great choice for my family vacation! With food lion so close by, it was easy for my family to buy what was needed. This is definitely a multi-generational space. There are many spaces to spread out or hang together. You really don't need to leave the property. There is pool and lake swimming, kayaks (life vests on site), game room, theater ( movies or stream apps with your own sign in. Great instructions on how to work the screen), and hot tub. They are board games although several are missing pieces. My family brought cards, painting canvases, and things to make jewelry. We didn't want to leave! The rooms are large and there are air mattresses on site also. Lots of beds! Kitchen has everything you need. There are 5 refrigerators! Bring as much food and drink as you can load in your car. Food Lion 11 minutes away in case you don't travel with food or need to pick something up. The recliners are SUPER relaxing! You may be un motivated to get up. Intercom system in the home and outside to corral everyone for food or an activity. I can go on and on.... just book it. You won't be disappointed!!

Loved the game room and our whole group was entertained for the entirety of our stay. Very private very peaceful and harmonious. This is our new favorite spot on Lake Anna!
