Welcome to Terry's Run Getaway! This stunning waterfront lodge on Lake Anna offers prime sunset views and is perfect for large family gatherings. Enjoy spacious outdoor living with a private boat dock, kayaks, paddleboards, floats, and lawn games. Grill on the main deck, relax in the lakeside hammock, or unwind around the firepit. Inside, a cozy great room with a gas fireplace and a game room await. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, central AC, a washer/dryer, and a Level 2 EV charger.

 

Welcome to Terry's Run Getaway! With west-facing frontage overlooking Terry's Run, this magnificent waterfront home boasts some of the best sunset views across all of Lake Anna. Primed for your next large family getaway, this spacious lodge comes furnished inside and out for comfortable lake living. The sprawling outdoor space offers plenty of opportunities for boating from the dock and afternoons spent barbecuing and playing lawn games. A cornhole set, ladder ball, two paddleboards, 2 kayaks, a variety of floats/noodles, and lifejackets are all available for use during your stay for fun on and off the water.

Fire up the gas grill on the main deck or kick back in breezy comfort on the fully screened patio. For a quiet moment to yourself, head down to the shady, lakeside hammock for an afternoon nap. In the evenings, everyone can gather around the firepit to share stories and roast s'mores.

The great room's gorgeous gas fireplace, large smart TV, and plush seating are sure to make the perfect centerpiece for group gatherings. Even more family fun awaits downstairs, with highlights including a foosball table and a smart TV entertainment center. The impressive kitchen is more than equipped to easily handle family-style meal prep.

In addition to home essentials like complimentary highspeed Wi-Fi internet, central air conditioning, and a private washer/dryer, a Level 2 electric vehicle charger is also provided for added convenience.

Boat Dock details: This home has a private boat dock that guests are welcome to tie up their boats to. Please bring your own ropes. It also has a floating dock that guests are welcome to bring their jet skis and tie up to. Enough space for 2 jet skis.

**Additional Information:**

- All Guests shall abide by the Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.

- Quiet Hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.

- Enjoy Free Parking for up to 5 Vehicles. (No Parking or Driving on Grass)

- 12 Adults Maximum

- No Smoking.

- No Pets.

**Guest Requirements:**

In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and those under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation.

Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. You will also be given the choice between a $500 security deposit or a $35 non-refundable damage waiver.

Pros: LAKE/WATER ACTIVITIES: The cabin was absolutely gorgeous! Breathtaking drive to the cabin and incredible lake. Our favorite part was the free water sports gear. In a few hours, we were able to kayak, swim, use rafts, do stand-up paddle boarding, sunbathe, and stay safe with life vests. Everything was included and we really enjoyed the afternoon hanging out by the dock. KITCHEN: The cabin itself is VERY well-stocked with abundant kitchen supplies, spices, flour, oil, etc. We did a grocery run beforehand and were able to cook all of our meals at home easily with all of the supplies. GAMES: The cabin came with loads of games! Cons: RULES: There were many, many rules for this cabin which felt too rigid at times. Sometimes felt like we had to tiptoe in case we were breaking a rule! No pets. No fire past 4 PM (state rule), no more than 5 cars on driveway. Many rules made sense-some rules felt unnecessary. Overall, great airbnb and with a few tweaks would be perfect! Thank you!

My stay at this beautiful log cabin was absolutely amazing! The cabin was spotless, cozy, and had the perfect rustic charm while still offering modern comforts. The outdoor amenities were a huge highlight—relaxing by the fire pit under the stars was the perfect way to end each day. The peaceful surroundings made it a great escape from the hustle and bustle. The host was outstanding—friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Their thoughtful touches made the experience even better. If you’re looking for a serene getaway with all the comforts of home, this is the place to be! I’ll definitely be back.

For a birthday trip spent with 15 of my closest friends, I couldn’t have been happier with our experience! Daniel was a very gracious and responsive host and helped with any questions we had and offered many local recommendations. The house was beautiful and the location, peaceful. Log cabin feel with a lake house vibe was exactly what we all wanted and this place did not disappoint! Sad we experienced some rain so we couldn’t utilize some of the outdoor features like the fire pit, but we plan on visiting again to make up for that in the future!

Perfect spot for a long weekend getaway with our group of friends. We were a large group of families with young kids and the kitchen had enough seats for us to accommodate everyone and cook for many people (two ovens!). The lower level was cozy and a great spot to let the kids play. We made a fire outside one night with s’mores - the house had wood and metal skewers ready for us to use! Each family had their own bedroom with en-suite bathroom for ease and privacy. The views out the windows on to the lake were superior. Daniel was responsive and provided clear instructions and even accommodated an early checkin. Everything was clean and the house was well stocked. We had a fantastic time!

This was an incredible Airbnb for our group of 16. The view of the lake is absolutely incredible during sunset and sunrise! The Airbnb had so many amenities. They also had an endless choice of board games, card games, movies to watch books to read. You have all the pots and pans utensils cups wine glasses everything you could possibly need! The host was absolutely incredible super friendly, quick response, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was spectacular! We will definitely rent this Airbnb again!! 10/10

Absolutely stunning home, it felt like it just kept going! Hands down the most well stocked Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at. Plenty of serving dishes, spices, oils, extra trash bags and toilet paper, everything we needed was already there. Comfortable beds and furniture and everything was gorgeous. Cancellation Policy

One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
