Indoors, entertainment abounds with pool table, ping pong, foosball, and a theater. Outside, enjoy easy access to swimming, boating, kayaking, fishing, and more!

- All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.

- Quiet Hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.

- Free Parking for up to 14 Vehicles. (No Parking or Driving on Grass)

- No Events Allowed without specific prior approval.

- No Pets Allowed without specific prior approval.

**Guest Requirements:**

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. You will also be given the choice between a $500 security deposit or a $35 non-refundable damage waiver.

Daniel was a great host! He was very responsive to all my questions and very accommodating. We needed some small trash bags and a baby bath tub and he had them to us the next morning. The kitchen was well stocked and had all the appliances and dishes we needed plus so much more. He had paper towels, soap, dish soap and laundry soap available plus body wash, shampoo, conditioner for each bathroom. We loved the scenic view and even though it rained the majority of our trip there was so much to do in the house we had a fantastic vacation! If we came back to Lake Anna this would be our go to home to stay at! Thank you!

The towels were bleached and clean, everything ready for guests. We really appreciated this space for our family reunion with 19 people. Plenty of room to spread out, but still come together. Great location for fun on the water. Have a few recommendations for improvement, but overall a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this place!

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful home! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views and the warm, welcoming atmosphere. Daniel the hose was kind and accommodating, making the entire experience seamless and stress-free. The house itself is absolutely gorgeous—spacious, clean, and perfectly suited for our group of 20. There was plenty of room for everyone, and the basement was packed with entertainment, keeping both kids and adults happy. We especially loved the hot tub, fire pit, and the canoeing and kayaking opportunities right on the lake. So much was provided, which made packing and planning a breeze. Celebrating my mom’s 80th birthday here was incredibly special. We created countless memories and shared so many laughs in such a peaceful, beautiful setting. This home truly has everything you could ask for, and we’re so grateful to have found it! Highly recommend—we can’t wait to come back!

The house was very spacious with lots of private bedrooms and tons of bathrooms. The downstairs game area and theater were perfect for evening fun while others could get to bed early in the 3rd floor bedrooms. The expansive kitchen was great for preparing large group meals and the Blackstone grill outside was perfect for making large batches of burgers and hot dogs. The outdoor space was beautiful with lots of room for activities and a nice beach area by the water, but also far enough from other houses that it still felt private. Would absolutely stay here again.

The house on Tyler’s Point at Lake Anna was incredible. We had 16 family members and we could’ve fit another 10. Every room is immaculate, with many amenities and comfortable beds/bathrooms. The layout of the house is as if it includes two mother-in-law suites along with the regular portions of the home. The basement was where the teens and children spent most of their time, foosball, pool table/ping-pong, arcade setup, home theater with popcorn machine. Overall the inside of the home is massive, lots of room, you will not be sorry! Outside of the home, is just as beautiful if not more majestic. During this time of the year you have unlimited privacy, almost 3 acres of land to yourself to fish, canoe, enjoy the fire pit, volleyball and of course the hot tub. Daniel was a great host, we were able to get into the home on time with ease, I am sure my family and I will be back again!

This place was everything and more!!! I hosted a cousin's get together for all 17 of us and the house was perfect! Daniel was always available and answered any concerns promptly. I do wish there were small trash cans in each bathroom but I understand that would increase the cleaning for the host. I absolutely loved the jacuzzi and the fire pit. We had so much fun making smores. We are already planning to book again!! There was a good amount of distance from the neighboring homes so we felt like we were in our own little world. I hope to book with Daniel again!! If you are thinking about it, BOOK IT!!

We had a wonderful time with our group of 6 kids and 6 adults. The place was so quiet, spacious, with stunning lake views from every room in the house. The kids had so much fun wherever they went, jumping from video games to outside games to fishing and canoeing to the theatre room for movie time. The adults had huge comfortable rooms, and so many personal spaces to both hang out together and spread out and take in the views. We never needed to leave the house, the kids were never bored, the adults maxed and relaxed, the ideal getaway!

Our stay was AMAZING. We had a few incidents but the host/ property management group was amazing and patient with us. The house is definitely worth every penny and more. We didn't have to go anywhere but the grocery store. The kids were entertained the whole time. There was enough space for everyone and I even was able to hide a few times and take a nap. lol. You could play music in the living room and not even hear it in the suites. The outside bonfire was amazing and we loved that as well. The pier was very peaceful, just be careful of the kids near the lake ofcourse. Thanks for an amazing stay and keep doing an amazing job with the property!

This is an incredible property with space for many and privacy for all. Lakefront property is beautiful and private. The house is great for groups and/or multiple families, with plenty of bathrooms and kitchenettes. The amenities are top-notch with plenty to do inside, even if you get a rainy day on the lake. To top it off, Daniel and his property managers are the most responsive I've ever encountered at any rental property. He and his team went above and beyond to make the experience perfect. We'll be visiting this property annually!

Fantastic home! We used it for a company retreat and each attendant had their own bedroom with an en suite bathroom. Perfect for privacy! Large common areas so we could gather for meetings, meals, and games! Lots of firewood for campfires by the beach. A great time was had by all! We will be back!

This house was perfect for our annual girls trip. We had 11 of us and there was more than enough beds and room to spread out. Beds and sheets were comfortable which is not the norm in a rental so that was a welcome surprise. Plenty of amenities and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. They also provided shampoo, conditioner and body wash in each shower. Popcorn and full size candy for the movie popcorn machine. Spices and coffee were also available. We lived it so much we are talking about trying to rent this same house again next year! Host was extremely responsive. Great experience overall!

Words cannot express how happy we were with the property. My fiance and I had our wedding here, 1st airbnb trip as well. This was beyond outstanding. All other airbnb has a bar that I’m not even sure they’re able to meet. Front pre book walkthroughs, communication before and after and everything else this was perfect. Any issues were communicated and the team was so cooperative. I wish I could show you how beautiful the wedding came out just so everyone could find even more reasons why this is THE location for your family trip, event or just a weekend getaway! I held a fun gathering of old friends here at this beautiful house on Lake Anna. All of us can only use superlatives to describe our lodging. It's so spacious and light that one cannot help but bask in the beauty of its location. We made great use of the large and well appointed kitchen, enjoyed the large and tastefully decorated gathering spaces, had fun in the game room and movie theater, and the comfort of our bedrooms made us feel right at home. The hot tub, beach, fire pit, and lake just push everything over the top in terms of awesomeness. I think there cannot be more responsive, communicative, and nice hosts than Daniel and Zack. The guide they provided to local resources and restaurants was a fantastic bonus. We had great drinks and food at nearby El Gran Patron and Vito's. If we had any regret at all, it's only that we couldn't have extended our stay due to a necessary return to reality. I showed pictures to my family and hope another trip to this house is in my future!

Daniel’s “A World Away” home on Lake Anna was the perfect home for our family celebration. The home was spotless and the kitchen was extremely well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals for a large group. There were plenty of recreational opportunities for our children to keep them entertained and the boys loved being able to go out on the lake in the row boat. One of our grandsons caught a fish! The theatre room was a hit for everyone. Daniel is a great host. He was in contact several times throughout our stay to see if all of our needs were being met and was very quick to respond when we had a question. 5 ⭐️ + to Daniel and his team for going above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable.

We loved this house so much! It worked great for our family vacation. Every day we were torn between taking a short trip to the countless attractions and activities in the surrounding area, or just relaxing at the house with it's numerous amenities and beautiful setting. We had groups take day trips to Washington DC, Shenandoah National Park, Williamsburg, Virginia Beach, Fredericksburg, and Richmond; while others just relaxed at the house. Lake Anna has numerous activities to enjoy right there as well. We had four children there under 5 and they LOVED the play room, while the older kids enjoyed the game room and theater. And everyone enjoyed the outdoor features like the firepit, dock, hot tub, and beach. We would definitely stay there again!

The pictures do not do this place justice. The house is huge and beautiful. Our group could not have picked a better location and house to stay at. The lake was beautiful and we spent so much time outside. Highly recommend. I was a little worried since there is a rental agreement contract that we had to sign after we paid - but there were no issues at all with it.

Everything we wanted and even more! The house was so much bigger than we had ever even thought it would be from pictures! So many areas for everyone to gather or to enjoy some quiet alone time! Kitchen was heavily stocked, games galore, super comfy beds, loved that many of the rooms had fireplaces to enjoy (since we came in January). We didn’t really use the outdoor amenities since it was so cold but there are a ton and we would love to come back during warmer weather. Daniel was a great host!

This home was just what our group of 12 needed for a weekend retreat away! It was private, quiet, beautiful and had al the things we needed: from cozy fireplaces and pits to plenty of room for puzzles and cooking great meals to lounging with a view! We loved most that the large dining table sat our whole group for meals and that it overlooked the 180 view of the lake. It was so restful with SO MUCH sleeping space and comfortable beds. Surroundings were stunning! We even saw a huge bald eagle! We’re so thankful for the time here and for Daniel speedy response to meet our needs. We’ll be back!

We have stayed at many homes around Lake Anna and this home, by far, exceeded our expectations. We always require 8+ bedrooms and this is the BEST home layout we have ever experienced! Untouchable! The kitchen and living space are center stage with the most incredible views of the lake. The home is at the tip of a point, so you get the views of the entire lake with a beautiful beach! We stayed in January and with the expansive parking, drive around and various entry doors it was so easy to arrive! Communication with the host was superb. Informational notes around the home gave clear direction and the amenities in the kitchen, bedrooms and each bathroom were great! We loved the bedroom touch with the towels on each bed as well! Fireplaces were fun, warm and made the stay! The movie room was super fun and games downstairs made it a ton of fun for everyone. If you get a chance to stay here, do not pass it up! Can't wait for us to return in the future and stay longer...... Thank you so much for a beautiful experience!

This is very beautiful house and it has everything you need for your entertainment and comfort. It was very clean and well maintained house. The hosts really cares for their guests. The host was very easy to communicate and always got response back in few minuets. If we going to take a vacation in feature we are definitely booking this house for sure.

Very nice home with great amenities. Great touch was provided snacks for movie night in the theater room. A few maintenance issues were reported and acknowledged. They provided wood for the fire pit when we inquired prior to arriving. This is a fantastic home for large groups.

The home is simply stunning with the most amazing views. The layout is very spacious with multiple suites and even two apartment style rooms w/kitchenettes to allow for maximum privacy. We visited in November and it was beautiful. I can only imagine how wonderful a visit in the warmer months would be with the lake and outdoor activities. The hosts really thought of everything providing many amenities in the kitchen and pantry. I highly recommend this home.

Through the whole process Daniel has been extremely helpful as it was one of my 1st times putting on an event for my company and having multiple people come in from different locations, he helped facilitate a boat rental place and had everything ready to rock and roll when we got there!!

Dan was extremely responsive and helpful through out the whole process. I now understand why he is a super host! Both he and the owners kindly worked with us regarding some special requirements. The home and hot tub were freshly cleaned upon arrival and spotless. The bedding smelled professionally cleaned like a 5 star hotel. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The home was expansive allowing family to gather together or escape to relax or work on their own. The main floor bedrooms were perfect for those who have difficulty with stairs. There were many activities both inside and out. Loved the home theater! I could go on and on. Finally the complete privacy, the lake view, the beach and the water toys made for a family gathering we will not forget. We will definitely be returning in the future!

Cancellation Policy

One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
