Dream Big Oasis is a brand new lakefront home with amazing views on the Private Side of Lake Anna. Enjoy a large serene lot with 250' of waterfront, a private sandy beach, and private dock and boat house with tiki bar and all the fun water toys. Take in the gorgeous lake views while relaxing beside an outdoor fire pit or on the large furnished deck with outdoor dining options. This home is located on the private side of Lake Anna, which is not connected to the public side. The two sides of the lake are separated by dikes and are not navigable by watercraft. If you plan to bring your personal boat or jet skis, you will have access to the community boat ramp during your stayā€”from 4:00 PM on the day of your arrival until 10:00 AM on the day of your departure.

Experience comfort and luxury at our brand new modern and spacious lakefront home on the Private Side of Lake Anna. You will love the entire property including 250 feet of waterfront shoreline with a gently sloped naturally sandy bottom, warm freshwater, and a nearby quiet cove and private beach. We provide tons of water toys including 2 kayaks and 2 paddle boards. Roast some delicious s'mores outside using one of our outdoor fire pits, or have a BBQ using our Gas Grill on the deck. Enjoy the panoramic blue water views from atop of our massive deck with a screened in room. We have an open floor plan and offer 3 living areas including the main great room with a gas fireplace, a lower level game room with table shuffleboard, and golden tee arcade, and an open upper level loft area with family appropriate games. Relax in the spacious main great room with water views through the huge bright windows, a gas fireplace, and 4K Smart TV. Use the High Speed Internet and free Wi-Fi network to stream your favorite shows while you FaceTime everyone! The home has 5 full bedrooms, and 4 full bathrooms. The main floor has an open floor plan with a great room and adjacent large kitchen, pantry, primary suite (King bed), second bedroom (Queen bed), and laundry room. The lower level has the game room, home movie theater room, and secondary suite (King bed). The upper level has a spacious loft area, and 2 additional bedrooms including Jack (Two Double beds) & Jill (Double bed + Double / Twin Bunk) style bedrooms with a shared full bath in between them.

We are thrilled to introduce the brand-new Fitness Room at Dream Big Oasis! The Fitness Room is equipped with everything you need to stay on track with your fitness goals, including:

You have full access to our entire house, our property, and the community common area. Please let us know if you plan to rent a motorized watercraft like a Boat or Jet Ski, because we have some recommendations and helpful advice.

Also, we are pleased to announce the newest luxury amenity at Dream Big Oasis, our Brand-New Pontoon Boat named ā€œDream Catcherā€. Dream Catcher is a 2024 SunChaser Eclipse model 25 SSB pontoon boat powered by a Yamaha 175 SHO VMAX engine.

Whether your idea of family fun is watersports, fishing, cruising or simply finding a quiet cove to drop anchor and swim, Dream Catcher will deliver. You can also prepare meals and socialize in the expansive four-person picnic area, complete with two comfortable flip-back lounges for ultimate relaxation. If you need extra seating, the rear bench seat provides additional space for friends and family. When it's time for some thrills, the integrated ski tow lets you enjoy tubing, waterskiing, or wakeboarding adventures. Dream Catcher doesn't compromise on performance either. She is equipped with the latest Yamaha 175 HP Super High Output (SHO) four stroke engine. She also boasts the Xtreme PR25 third tube performance package that ensures a smooth ride and confident handling, making her a pontoon that's perfect for creating a memorable day on the water, blending relaxation and fun for everyone on board.

Dream Catcher is available to rent by the guests of Dream Big Oasis during the duration of their stay. The rental includes fuel, so there is no need to worry about refueling. The Operator must have a valid Virginia (or any NASBLA approved) boating license or possess a boaters safety education course certificate as well as a Virginia or other State-issued valid driverā€™s license. We can also offer a Captain to operate the boat if you do not qualify or if you would rather leave the driving to someone else. Please contact us for information regarding pricing, options, specialty cruises and fishing trips.

We use Yale keyless entry smart door locks and give you space but are available if you have any questions or need anything.

Elk Creek Landing is a new premier waterfront residential community located in the perfect spot near the center of Lake Anna on the exclusive private side. With over 3,400 acres of pristine clear blue water surrounding this property, it is perfect for boating, swimming, fishing and water skiing. The community area has a pavilion and many large blue roofed covered boat slips directly adjacent to the private boat ramp. Our house is very private at the end of a long private road with a circle at the end with ample parking.

**Additional Information:**

- All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.

- Quiet Hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.

- Free Parking for up to 10 Vehicles. (No Parking or Driving on Grass)

- No Events Allowed without specific prior approval.

- No Pets Allowed without specific prior approval.

**Guest Requirements:**

In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and those under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation.

Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. You will also be given the choice between a $500 security deposit or a $35 non-refundable damage waiver.

The home is very clean and well appointed. Itā€™s is beautiful, just like the photos! Lots of space and thoughtfully laid out! We loved the kayaks and SUPs as well as the cozy longe spaces and movie room in the house. One thing to note is the house is on the warm side of Lake Anna. This would be absolutely perfect in spring or fall but we happened to get a VERY hot week so we spent minimal time in the water. Thankfully, the house has plenty to make it a relaxing week away on its own.

This property was perfect for our family vacation. We have 8 adults and 5 children and there was plenty of space to spread out! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for meal prep. The boat house was beautiful and had plenty of water toys to use. The kids loved the paddle boards and floating mat. We caught a lot of fish right off the dock. The beach was great for the little ones! Daniel was great and stayed in touch with me through our stay. He even gave us a free nights stay which was much appreciated! We will defintely be back!!

I stayed at this incredible house with my friend, and it was truly an amazing experience. The house was spotless, with everything perfectly organized and easy to find. Having rented at least 10 houses in the Mineral area, I can confidently say this one was the best by far. The cinema and jacuzzi were fantastic additions that everyone enjoyed. Not only did the kids have a blast, but the adults also had an amazing time. The deck with kayaks and stand-up paddleboards was exactly as described, and everyone had an amazing time using them. We loved staying at this Lake Anna house. It was exactly as pictured. The mattresses were comfortable. The house was well stocked with extra tp, laundry detergent, and toiletries. There were plenty of extra towels, which was much appreciated. We had 9 kids in tow for Spring Break and everyone had a great time. We loved making fires in the fire pit, playing corn hole, kayaking and using the movie room. The kids are already asking to go back. Thank you, again!

our family stayed at this lake house and it was an amazing experience. The house was well equipped with all the necessities you would need (coffee, toilet paper, paper towel towels, aluminum foil, etc). The access to the lake was what made our trip so enjoyable. Towels are provided for both the bath and the lake. Our kids truly enjoyed the kayaks, paddle boards and playing in the sand. We brought our own fishing poles, and that helped entertain the family for hours. The theater room was fun and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again when visiting like Anna

We had a reunion with some friends and this location had everything we needed. We got really lucky with a warm February weekend and got to take advantage of the outdoor amenities more than expected. We comfortably fit 8 people and had plenty of room. The kitchen was also very well stocked, something I donā€™t usually see at rental houses. 5 out of 5 - would highly recommend.

This place was an absolute *dream*! We rented it for our annual family Girls' Trip to spend quality time with our Auntie-Mommas, and they absolutely loved it. The view was breathtaking, and they couldnā€™t stop raving about it. The amenities were abundant, and the chefā€™s kitchen made us feel right at home. Everything we needed was providedā€”aside from the food, of courseā€”and they even stocked seasonings. The space was incredibly roomy, and the pictures accurately reflected what the house looks like in real life. It was easy to locate and access, which made our stay even more stress-free. While there are no window coverings (except the bedrooms), which initially made us a little uneasy, the stunning sunsets quickly put those concerns to rest. We even found ourselves gazing out at the serene water at nightā€”it was truly magical. Weā€™re already planning to return and are talking about hosting a large family gathering here in 2026. This house offered a perfect getaway for our extended family to spend time together over the holidays. The house has every single thing you could ever need and the hosts are eager to help in anyway they can. The house is gorgeous and so clean- the view is amazing. There is so much to do just in the house- we enjoyed shuffle board, the gym and the theater. We also had fun in the hot tub and spent a few happy hours on the beautiful dock watching the sunset and the fire pit is awesome too. There is so much to do at this house, you never have to leave! I can only imagine the fun that could be had during the summer months!

We LOVED this Airbnb. The house was tucked away in a beautiful neighborhood, with its own boat dock and cabana. Inside, there was ample room for everyone to hang out, play games, and have our meals. Everything was spotless when we arrived, bathrooms were nice and clean, plenty of towels, and blankets available as well. The grill on the deck was great for making lots of food to feed a big group, the kitchen was fully stocked with spices and basics, as well as coffee me and a keurig. Overall, I could not be and happier with my experience at this stay. I canā€™t think of a single thing that would have made it better. Thanks Daniel and team!

I can not say enough about this place! It was BEAUTIFUL, fun, clean, and perfect for what we needed! Peaceful space in a beautiful location. The house is gorgeous and well laid out with plenty of space to spend together or tuck off for some privacy. The teens loved the downstairs area equipped with gaming table, arcade, movie theater, gym, kitchenette coffee bar, and bedroom. Which left the rest of the house for me to relax. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is very well stocked. This home boasts an amazing backyard right on Lake Anna with an amazing deck complete with comfortable deck furniture a gazebo and bar. Plenty of water toys to keep everyone entertained for days. The girls spent all weekend on the paddle boards or kayaking all over the lake. We will absolutely be back!

This is a beautiful home, and I could not have asked for a more comfortable living area to share with my children and new granddaughter. We enjoyed cooking as a family in the beautiful kitchen overlooking the lake. The outside was just what we wanted from the beach to the firepit and corn hole. We had an amazing stay at Lake Anna. Itā€™s so nice to wake up to the big windows overlooking the lake and to be able to walk out to the dock with a cup of coffee. Truly a serene location. The first day was rainy and we still had the best time swimming in the rain, cooking, and playing board games inside. The second day was perfectly sunny and we got to use the paddle boards and kayaks, play cornhole, and make smores around the fire pit at night. This place has everything you need for your familyā€™s next lake getaway.

Everything was well organized and clean, our group enjoyed our stay, and communication with the owner was top notch. The only complaint we had was that there were spiders in and out of the house/dock which made people uneasy. Overall, would come back here!

We had a great week in mid-August. We lucked out with the weather and spent a lot of time on the water, both private and public sides - the lake is beautiful. There's not much to say that the other reviewer's haven't saidā€¦screened in porch - great, movie room - great, retro 80's golf arcade game - GREAT. Sometimes the little things don't get mentioned but they're just as importantā€¦coffee pods fully stocked, paper products fully stocked. Much appreciated, will definitely be looking for one of his properties the next time we come to the lake.

Daniel and Edwinā€™s place is absolutely gorgeous. It is the perfect spot to relax with family. They were incredibly communicative with all the details as well. The availability of a boat for rent (Zack was incredible!) was a huge plus. Paddle boards, floats, life vests, games, cornhole boards, tiki torches, wood - you name it, they have it. The history of the lake is fascinating- making it about 10 degrees warmer than air temperature. It never bothered us but it opens up the chance to rent early and late in the season! Highly recommend their place if you ever find yourself in Lake Anna

Daniel and his team have an incredible home with great amenities and a stunning view. The spacious, clean, and cozy house allowed my family to have both personal space and areas to gather together. We particularly loved the large kitchen, dining table, outdoor patio, and screened-in porch. The boat house and dock were also a hit. The team was quick to respond to our questions and we were so pleasantly surprised when a whole truck bed of firewood was delivered. Itā€™s this level of care that makes this home so special and one that we hope to return to again. I chose this property for its open layout and wide doorways, perfect for my dad's electric wheelchair. Since his ALS diagnosis two years ago, we hadn't vacationed as a family. The main floor owner's suite was large enough for my dad's hospital bed and other equipment. My dad navigated the main level with ease and was able to enjoy family meals, watch a meteor shower on the back deck, and take a nap in the screened in porch.

Compared to the house we rented last year, which was amazing, danielā€™s house was just out of the park. It was beautiful, elegant, clean, and super spacious. We loved every detail of cleanliness, easy instructions for check-in and check-out, the abundance of dishes, silverware, seasonings, etc. in the kitchen, the nicely placed towels and clean sheets, the access to the water and 6 different kayaks/paddle boards, fire place and private beach. Everything was absolutely great. 100% recommend, especially with larger groups.

Epic backyard! This is the backyard you want when youā€™re at the lake, everything from the hot tub, fire pit area, boathouse, dock, beach area kayaks, Longboards we enjoyed all of it very much. I was celebrating my husbandā€˜s 40th and this place was perfect. We also played at the Cuttalong Lake Anna golf course. Daniel helped us make our teetimes and they also gave us a discount which worked out perfectly. They were really responsive. We wanted to extend our stay, but it was not available, we will definitely be booking this place again.

We had an amazing time! We have stayed at a number of Airbnb's and this one is at the top of the list! The lake house and grounds are even better than the pictures! There are many places for adults to converse and relax, and many places for kids to play. Our group ranged from 17 months to 70 years old and every single person had a great time! The house is extremely well appointed, with all the supplies one could possibly need. The dock with the Tiki bar is private and has an amazing view of Lake Anna. There is even a refrigerator in the Tiki bar! The shallow water around the dock is perfect for kids to swim in and the supplied kayaks and paddle boards made it easy to explore the lake. For rainy days or evenings there is a huge game room and an incredible theater room. The attention to detail, like an extremely nice gas Weber grill was much appreciated. In addition, Edwin was indeed a Superhost! Everyone of our questions were answered quickly, even early in the morning.

We had a fantastic time at this beautiful lakeside retreat. The house was fantastic and open and rooms were well sized and had super soft bed linens and living rooms had comfortable furniture. We were pleased to find everything we needed there from firewood to a pantry filled with spare paper towels, toilet paper, etc.. Lots to do inside and out. The dock was where we spent most of our time and we loved that you could choose from sun to shade and the fans came in helpful. We enjoyed the hot tub and took advantage of renting their pontoon boat and taking the family tubing. The property is well laid out and we loved all the amenities from the fire pit to the kayaks and paddle boards to the amazing movie room. Any question we had, the owner was very attentive too almost immediately. We had an issue with the hot tub and someone was there to fix it within an hour. This house is open and comfortable and the property felt very private. Will be looking forward to a return visit

This property is simply breathtaking!! The house is luxurious, clean, bright, well stocked, perfectly laid out for families or groups! We ended up having beautiful weather but if it had been bad the theater room and shuffle board where right there ready to save the day! The dock area is amazing! Plenty of room, options to have sun or shade, sandy beach for the little ones, paddle boards and kayaks! We come to the lake every spring with our 4 small kids and other members of extended family and this house has been our favorite by far! We have already rebooked for next year! The water being warmer on the private side was a huge plus since we come at the end of May!! The owners were incredibly kind and the property manager was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and easy to contact! Wonder wonderful experience!

This house on Lake Anna was absolutely gorgeous! We only wish we were able to stay longer to take advantage of all that was offered! The space was private, incredibly clean, had comfortable beds, a fully stocked kitchen, and plenty of room for 16. Its proximity to the few wineries we went to was perfect and it was nice to come back to a relaxing hot tub and view of the lake. I would 10/10 recommend this place for anyone with a large group. We appreciated the flexibility with an early check in and wished we had reached out sooner about a late check out. The hosts gave plenty of information right from booking about the surrounding areas and expectations for the house. All in all a wonderful weekend! Thank you!!

First time in years an "expensive" house was as portrayed in images, normally the images are old and the house is not well kept by arrival, but not this place! Truly the most well stocked airbnb I've ever been to and offered even more than the listing offered! Could not recommend the spot more.

This place is truly special and even nicer in person. Our family had the best time and Daniel was extremely responsive with all our requests. Kitchen was large enough that we never felt cramped even with multiple people cooking/helping at a time. Check-out was very reasonable and our only difficulty was leaving. We had great nights in the theater room and the nice house and fun amenities made our stay a great retreat even when we had some rain. Hoping we will get to return soon.

This home was gorgeous! Exactly as pictured, lots of thoughtful touches and spotless. My friends and I had a fantastic time and the movie room could not be beat. The host recommended a winery tour service which was stellar. We had a bit of trouble with the lock when we got there--there was spotty cell service and I missed a message from the host about a last-minute front door lock code change. We were able to get in through the garage and once I got the message all was well! It was a gorgeous house, peaceful stay, and otherwise everything was lovely. Our favorite part of the house was the movie room in the basement.

First off, wow! What a beautiful house and property. We thought the house was way more spacious than the pictures had portrayed. Everyone had their own room and plenty of space to do their own thing if they chose. Our 1 yo daughter loved exploring all the different areas. The kitchen was huge and had all the cookware we needed to cook for the week. Everything in the house was super clean. The outside space was beautiful, would love to come back when itā€™s a bit warmer to use the dock more. We used the kayaks a couple days and they were in great shape. We had forgotten a couple things, and Daniel was super quick to respond to all of our questions and helped us out numerous times. Our only disappointment was the condition of the hot tub. We used it once, but the cleanliness of the water could have used some attention. We did alert the hosts and they said their hot tub guy would be out to service it, so hopefully itā€™s better for the next guests!

What a great house! The house had everything we needed. Impressed by how clean everything was. We had a couple of questions during our stay and the hosts were super responsive. Loved the big kitchen and all the different living room areas. We loved how the backyard had walkways. Made it a lot easier to use the space. The movie room was also a big hit. A grocery store was only a quick 10 min drive, which made shopping/planning much more convenient. Would definitely stay again!

This home was just awesome!! And, Daniel was incredibly helpful and easy to work with. The house was very well stocked, clean, and the ability to use the flat top grill at the dock made evening dinners so relaxing and fun. Plenty of room to relax and separate and the theater room on Sunday Football was šŸ˜šŸ˜!! I have 2 suggestions, blinds on the master bathroom windows and possibly changing one of the double bedrooms into another king or queen to accommodate better adult sleeping areas. We will no doubt return to this house and it made our first trip to Lake Anna a success!!

Everything about the house was great except the master bath windows could use blinds/curtains, Iā€™m positive someone got a show. The kitchen was well stocked and there was a good array of spices too. Plenty of linens and towels for both bath and lake. One thing I wish I knew is that the lake temperature was at least 90Ā°, probably more like 95Ā°. The water was not refreshing as it was about 90Ā° outside. I will definitely visit this house again, maybe just April/May or Sept/Oct.
