The elegance of Lake Anna Luxury extends indoors with a spacious open-plan living area, combining the living room, dining room, and kitchen into a harmonious space for gathering and entertainment. The kitchen, equipped with marble countertops and new premium appliances, invites culinary exploration, complemented by an abundance of dining options both inside and outdoors.

Upstairs, a lofted living area with plush seating, a large 4K smart TV, and a kitchenette offers more space to relax.

Each of the 7 bedrooms is a haven of comfort, featuring premium linens, stylish decor, 4K smart TVs, and the comfort of central air-conditioning. The home is also equipped with a washer & dryer, children’s amenities, beach gear, a Ping-Pong table, a Nintendo, 4 workstations, 10 Smart TVs, and high-speed internet, ensuring every need is met.

Enjoy our seasonal infinity pool from May to early October. For a cozy swim, pool heating is available in May, September and October for an extra $100/day. Since our pool heats gradually, please inform us ahead of your stay if you'd like the pool heated for your arrival. (We do not heat the pool in the hot summer months.)

There is free parking available for 8 vehicles (No Parking or Driving on Grass), and an EV charger is available for your use.

In order to provide you with a comfortable home that's maintains an ideal temperature, we are unable to allow you to open the large garage doors.

**Additional Information:**

- All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.

- Quiet Hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.

- Free Parking for up to 8 Vehicles. (No Parking or Driving on Grass)

- No Events Allowed without specific prior approval.

- No Pets Allowed without specific prior approval.

- The backyard is not accessible to people with limited mobility.

**Guest Requirements:**

In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and those under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation.

Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. You will also be given the choice between a $500 security deposit or a $35 non-refundable damage waiver.

This house is unbelievable! You almost get lost in it. I took my son and his buddies for his 17th birthday. It was like a dream come true for them. I believe every bedroom was a master bedroom and there were eight of them. They all felt like kings! We made breakfast for them in the morning in the beautiful kitchen. The view is spectacular. The pool is amazing with the views of the lake and the little island that you can kayak to. I am sure if the house is available. I will have to take him there for his 18th birthday as well.!!

Our group of 14, spanning ages from 80 to teens, had an unforgettable 5-day stay at this Lake Anna home. From the moment we arrived, excitement filled the air, and no one wanted to leave. The spacious bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, offered comfort and privacy. Four of these rooms boasted stunning lake views—a delightful bonus. Throughout the house, there were numerous areas to gather or retreat, ensuring we never felt crowded. Remarkably, even with five children, there were moments of peaceful quiet. We made full use of the home's amenities. The kitchen was well-equipped for our cooking and grilling sessions. The massive hot tub was a favorite, enjoyed day and night by everyone. The heated pool was perfect for rainy-day swims, and the covered decks allowed us to relax outdoors regardless of the weather. The lake, as calm as glass during our stay, invited daily exploration. We took out the provided paddle boards, kayaks, and rafts, making the most of the serene waters. Life jackets and games were also available, adding to the fun. A highlight was sitting on the dock, watching the sunset over the lake—a peaceful end to each day. The bar area's ice machine and the coffee pot with a Keurig made mornings and evenings more convenient. Rebecca was prompt and helpful whenever we had questions, ensuring our stay was seamless. House is exactly as pictured. There’s a bonus tv room with a pull out couch and its own bathroom that we didn’t discover until the end of our trip. We paid extra for the pool to be heated, which was well worth it. Also, the hot tub is massive. Overall great place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Daniel's Airbnb in Lake Anna, VA! The house is a modern gem with an open-concept design, tall ceilings, and stunning sunset views that made every evening magical. The serene atmosphere was perfect for our family getaway, and the location is an easy drive from the DMV area, making it super convenient. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring everyone slept well, and the huge front and back yards provided ample space for the kids to play. The heated pool was a major highlight for the children, keeping them entertained for hours. However, we did encounter an issue with loose tiles around the pool, which unfortunately caused some minor injuries to the kids. This is something that needs attention to ensure safety. The kitchen was well-equipped, making meal prep a breeze for our large group. Overall, this place is fantastic for families or big gatherings, offering plenty of space and fun amenities. With some minor fixes to the pool area, it would be perfect

The house was absolutely amazing!!! We rented it to celebrate my 50th Birthday! Definitely worth every penny! The house, the views, the Jacuzzi and OMG THE BEDS!!! Best nights sleep ever, sooo comfortable. I look forward to returning in the near future. My only complaint would be, that the cleaning service needs to be more thorough when servicing the house after each rental. There were potatoe chips in the sectional upstairs, the Ottoman was damaged, 2 pans were put away without being cleaned properly and a few other minor things. Despite the small housekeeping issues the weekend was perfect! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Thank you for allowing me to enjoy your beautiful home🥰

We had an incredible stay at Daniel’s place with multiple families—it truly made for one of our best trips! Start to Finish: Check-in was seamless, and Daniel was always quick to respond to any questions we had, both before and during our stay. His communication was top-notch, which made everything so much easier. When we arrived, we were amazed by how spacious the house was. The private bathrooms were a huge bonus, especially for accommodating individual families. The range of activities available was fantastic—kayaking, table tennis, a jacuzzi, a pool, a home theater, and more! And the sunsets? Absolutely breathtaking. The view from most of the rooms is stunning, and waking up to it each morning was such a treat. Check-out was just as easy, with clear instructions and helpful guidance from Daniel and his team. Overall, this was an outstanding trip, and I can’t recommend Daniel’s place enough. We’ll definitely be back in the future! Thank you!

The place was beautiful! It fit all of our friends and family while still having space to relax and be comfortable. Waking up with the view of the water was wonderful. Kitchen was spacious to fit everyone as well. Only downside was the hot tub took over a day to get heated so we weren’t able to use it the first night/day. We will definitely rent again from Daniel. It was a beautiful property! We had the best time ever!

This is by far one of the best AirBnBs we have rented. The host is extremely communicative, the house was gorgeous, and it was just an overall easy stay. The house was equipped with everything we needed, which was nice so we did not have to venture out. This home is perfect for a couple’s getaway. Each room has their own bathrooms and the common space is perfect with lots of seating. It was too cold for the pool, but we did get into the HUGE hot tub. 9 of us fit in the hot tub and there was still so much space! Overall, this place and their hosts are 5 out of 5 stars!

This house is pure perfection. 💜 I hosted a private client retreat and chose this home due to the fabulous bedrooms with en-suites. Well appointed with everything you need and more. Stunning views, amazing amenities and the host(s) were incredibly responsive. We had one small issue (which was on me for a lack of communication) and it was resolved within an hour. I had multiple people reach out to me to get this resolved (sheets and bedding for the pullout sofa). It was done very quickly and with ease. I really appreciate their professionalism and attention to detail! The cleaning crew left us a beautiful note with a surprise treat that was so thoughtful! This lake house will truly wow you with its modern design! It's packed with amenities, including standing infinity hot tub, pool, kayaks, fly fan for table, trash bag, body/shampoo for each bathroom, and a spacious kitchen. We loved the open-concept living space, the spacious combination ping pong and dining table, and the oversized island. The house comfortably accommodated our large group, and we had a fantastic time! The WIFI was very fast and reliable throughout our stay. Although we experienced a issue with the laundry and pool heating, Daniel and Zachary were incredibly understanding and provided more than fair compensation. We would definite book here again in the future if the opportunity comes up again.

Easily one of the best airbnb experiences I've ever had. The house is incredible -- even better than the photos. Clearly the house was built by somebody who really cared about quality. All the fixtures and furniture were top notch. Guests remarked how "even the towels and shampoo/conditioner are luxurious". The Internet was fast. Beds were comfortable. Pool was warm. Hot tub was massive and perfect 104 temp. Lake was wonderful and warm. I can not wait to come back here again.

We recently rented this incredible Lake Anna house, joined by several other families, and it was nothing short of perfect. The house itself is spacious, beautifully designed, and fully equipped to handle a large group without ever feeling crowded. Each family had their own space to retreat to, while the common areas were ideal for gathering, whether it was for meals, games, or just relaxing together. The outdoor space is what truly sets this property apart. The kids spent hours playing in the pool and kayaking and enjoying the lake, and the adults enjoyed the peaceful views from the pier and the swim spa. The owners clearly put a lot of thought into making this a home. Every detail was taken care of, from the well-stocked kitchen to the living spaces, multiple balconies, outdoor bathroom and cozy living room with the Nintendo switch for the kids. We’ll definitely be back!

My family and I had an AMAZING stay!! I cannot say enough good things about not just the property, location, and amenities, but the management staff as well. While we were there, there was a power outage: but no worries because then house had full generator power and we never lost it, A/C and all fully intact through the general outage! I had no idea it was equipped with generators and it was a huge, welcome surprise. Not only that, but the managers were super responsive even at midnight, sending us updates on the power outage restoration. Of course the privacy, location, and amazing pool were all perfect, we will absolutely be renting this again!

My extended family spent a week at Lake Anna Luxury and had a great time! We had 5 under 6, a 12 yo, and 10 adults. There was lots of space for playing and conversations. The pool and the beach were big hits with the kiddos. We used the kayaks provided at the property to explore the lake and were also able to bring our boat to explore even farther. We had a great week and loved the house!

This is the 2nd year we stayed at this gorgeous property. 4 days and 3 nights. We had a mix of young kids, teenagers and adults. Everyone was very happy w the home. We took the kayaks and paddleboards out- All very easy to do. The house is huge, clean, pool was fabulous and the VIEWS are PRICELESS. Watching the sunset is magical. We had an issue w the a/c in the house and they fixed it right away. Property managers are very responsive and accommodating. I have recommended this house to others as well and will be returning as apart of our family tradition.

David's place was great. As advertised it offered a number of separate hangout spaces allowing the 10 of us to gather or go our separate ways whenever we wanted. There were smart TVs in every room, offering additional places to go get some alone time. The views from the deck were amazing. There was plenty of outside furniture for all to sit comfortably outside. There was also a fire put we used one night to make smores. The pool was stocked with a number of pool toys (noodles/water guns). The kayaks and paddle boards worked out great for all the kids, as did the sandy beach. There was also a volleyball court on a sandbar in the water within swimmable distance. We ended up renting a pontoon boat with a tube to tow around and it was a great way to spend the afternoon.

Oh man, where can I start? Daniel was such a great host! Super responsive, friendly, and welcoming. I booked this place for my mother’s 50th birthday, and I have never seen my mom so happy to celebrate it with her love ones. From the beautifully decorated home to the beautiful sunsets that we see everyday, I would give this place more than 5 stars! When there was something that needed to be fixed, Daniel’s team all came to the rescue and fixed it right away! I appreciate everything that you guys have done to make this moment super special for my family. This rental property had everything! Pool, private access, Hot tub, and great place to host a family gathering. The rooms felt so luxurious. The house appliances are high tech! For those who work from home, the wifi was strong and there were quiet places to have meetings. For my ladies who love to take photos/content, every inch of this place is worth it for the gram! I hope to rent from them again. I wish I could say more about this!!

We just discovered our dream vacation home at Luxury Lake Anna house, this was our second visit in the last two months. This house is seriously “where luxury meets comfort” With each room being a master bedroom with a private shower. The host, Daniel, is super nice and responsive. There were 14 of us (7 couples) looking for a weekend getaway and we found the perfect place. The house is large with modern amenities, and the lakeside view with our own pool was spectacular--the view exceeded expectations. Some stepped right in to swim in the lake or kayak. The sunset was stunning. There were 7 bedrooms each with their own bathroom and amenities. The main lounge was immense with separate corners for cooking, watching TV, playing board games, playing ping pong, dining, or simply observing the beautiful landscape. It allowed people to come together or form separate groups for different activities, without disturbing each other's activities. Daniel was extremely responsive to all the questions and requests our guests had. We hope to come back again in the near future!

Where do I start? This was my first airbnb reservation and I was skeptical after hearing horror stories from other properties. But after my experience I’ll be sure to return and definitely look for any property managed by Dan and Zack! These guys should teach the class on “Airbnb communication 101 for property managers”, from my 1,001 questions to non stop area recommendations and suggestions they were amazing. The house looked BETTER than the pictures, everyone had their own space and tons of shared entertainment space. The worst part of our trip was the weather, the 12 person hot tub and kayaks in between rain made our rainy days much better. This is a dream house! We stayed for the holiday with our extended family and we had an amazing experience. The pool was heated, easy access to the lake. The view is stunning and the house truly a 5 star. We will definitely visit again.

This is by far one of the nicest Airbnb I have stayed at. So spacious me and all my friends had our own rooms. Great entertainment area and fun dock to fish off of. Will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend.

Daniel and his team were incredible hosts. very responsive and always helpful. We can't say enough about how amazing this house is. We brought a large group, and everyone had their own rooms and bathrooms. There was PLENTY of room for entertaining, cooking, eating, playing, and relaxing. The pool and hot tub are AWESOME. Fishing off the dock and kayaking in the lake were hours of fun. Our little ones loved playing in the sand on the beach. The views were gorgeous, especially at sunset. We LOVED this space, and we'll definitely be staying again.

Cancellation Policy

One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
