So, we have fully equipped the home with everything you will likely need. You will love our new dock, private sandy beach, fire pit, and large furnished deck.

Rock Island Landing is a new premier waterfront residential community, so there is ongoing nearby construction of new homes and docks most days from sunrise until about 4:30 PM. Rock Island Landing is located in the perfect spot near the center of Lake Anna on the exclusive private side. With over 3,400 acres of pristine clear blue water surrounding this property, it is perfect for boating, swimming, fishing and water skiing. We have ample free parking at our home for large groups with many vehicles.

This home is located on the private side of Lake Anna, which is not connected to the public side. The two sides of the lake are separated by dikes and are not navigable by watercraft. If you plan to bring your personal boat or jet skis, you will have access to the community boat ramp during your stay.

Experience comfort and luxury at our brand new modern and spacious lakefront home. You will love the lakefront shoreline with a gently sloped naturally sandy bottom, warm freshwater, and a large private sandy beach. Enjoy the panoramic blue water views from atop of our deck. We offer 2 living areas including the great room, and massive game room on the lake level with family appropriate games. Relax in the spacious great room with huge bright windows, a gas fireplace, and 4K Smart TV. Use the High Speed Internet and free Wi-Fi network to stream your favorite shows while you FaceTime everyone! The home has 4 bedroom suites. The main floor has an open floor plan with a great room, adjacent large kitchen and dining area, 3 bedroom suites, home office, laundry room and an easily accessible half bathroom. The lake level has the game room, Home Theater room, and bunk bedroom suite.

You have full access to our entire house, and our property. Our fully equipped home is ready to go with a spacious gourmet kitchen that easily accommodates a large group or entire family with lots of countertop space, new stainless steel appliances, and all the tools you need to make your own world famous super secret recipe. Coffee and Tea lovers will appreciate our nice selection of k-cups. Some outdoor amenities include: dock, beach, hot tub, fire pit, deck, patio, and propane gas grill. Please let us know if you plan to rent a Pontoon Boat so we can refer you to our premier partner (DV Rentals LKA)! We have easy access to a nearby boat ramp. We also offer everything you would need for an extended stay including a Washer & Dryer.

We use keyless entry smart locks and give you space but are available if you have any questions or need anything.

- All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.

- Quiet Hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.

- Free Parking for up to 6 Vehicles. (No Parking or Driving on Grass)

- No Pets Allowed without specific prior approval.

**Guest Requirements:**

In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and those under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation.

Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. You will also be given the choice between a $500 security deposit or a $35 non-refundable damage waiver.

We rented this magnificent property for my daughter’s 15th birthday. We had 6 adults, 5 15 year olds, and 2 12 year olds. We were blown away! Bring your toothbrush and bathing suits. Daniel and his team thought of everything else! This was our first experience with VRBO, and it was a great one. As we walked in, we saw that they had under-promised and over-delivered! The communication before, during, and after our stay was outstanding. This property is on the private side of the lake. We brought all of our food and beverages with us, which I highly recommend. There was no reason to leave the property! Thank you for sharing your beautiful property with us! This photo was taken on our first night. We had only been there for 2 hours. From our deck, we could see 2 of are guests standup paddle boarding, and one in the kayak, under a gorgeous rainbow. Best. Decision. Ever!

We were incredibly impressed with this stay! The house has an open, airy design and a stunning view of the lake. We enjoyed every second of our time here, the home is beautifully maintained and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen had all the essentials and more. It truly felt like a home away from home. My wife’s birthday weekend getaway was definitely made. This place exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend!

Late review...just now realizing my initial submission never went through!! A group of us stayed here for our annual guy's trip in OCT2024 and it was amazing. Incredible house, great property, and perfect amenities for a getaway. We made great use of the firepit, kayaks, the mini beach, and available games. While we usually pick a new location for our annual trips, we plan to stay here again this year. Thanks for a great stay, and i'm truly sorry for the late review. STAY HERE...you won't regret it.

A group of us got together to celebrate a couple of birthdays and we had an amazing trip. The house is even nicer than the pictures show. They have games and activities for all ages as well as easy access to the lake with plenty of options to use in the water. Easily one of the best houses we've ever stayed at and we are already hoping to come back again.

Daniel's property is beautiful! Modern home with great views, plenty of space and wonderful amenities. The home has everything you could need and more and I really appreciate how perfectly organized and labeled the space was. Everything was so easy to find! We did not need much during out stay, but Daniel and his team were super responsive and informative throughout the whole process. We had the most wonderful stay at Fairwinds and Fairways! This place has everything you could ever need - from kitchen items and serving dishes, to bar dishes (shakers, glasses, etc), and even a “junk” drawer with sharpies, tape, and rubber bands! I cannot recommend this place enough. We made use of every feature. We didn’t leave once! The movie theater, the kayaks, hot tub, fire pit, paddle boards — I mean seriously, I couldn’t have asked for a better place to have my bachelorette trip. We even had a yoga instructor come by and did a session on the dock. Daniel was very responsive and accommodating with check in and check out.

Absolute 5 stars. I can’t say enough about how well-appointed the home is. Fantastic kitchen with every pot/pan/dish you could need; full spice rack; full coffee fixings. Loads of cozy blankets. And the house itself is fantastic. Better than the pics! We had 6 adults and 6 kids, with plenty of space (there is even a little bonus bedroom that could fit one adult or two kids). We were there in the freezing cold, but still enjoyed the lovely outdoor space that has a huge dock, little beach and lovely fire pit. Lastly, the hosts were super responsive and friendly. Would definitely stay again. It looks like there is a sliding scale price based on the time of year. In the winter, this house was a steal. In summer, if it’s in your budget, I can’t think of anything else I’d want from a lake house!

Wow, just wow. This is hands down the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in. We have been to Lake Anna before and knew how beautiful of an area it was, but Daniel’s stay far exceeded my expectations. The home is brand new with beautiful and homey decor but where this stay stands out is the small details; fresh towels and linens in every room, toiletries in every bathroom, a fully stocked kitchen, and a coffee/tea bar to die for. Not to mention a basement that puts Dave and Busters to shame; tons of games, air hockey, ping pong, TV and gaming, a wet bar, a dedicated movie theater with no less than 100 movies— and this is just me skimming the surface. The star of the show is of course the Lake, and Daniel’s place has everything you could want or need; a private dock with kayaks, a canoe, boards, floats, etc. The fire pit and hot tub were of course crowd favorites. I could go on and on, but I’m limited in my word count allotment. My only regret is not staying longer, just book it!!

Our family of 7 and one toddler just spent a few days at the Fairwinds & Fairways lake-front house. Upon arrival we received an email from Daniel with welcoming information and the offer to help if there was a need. We were delighted the moment we stepped inside this clean and beautifully decorated home that had such lovely views. I don’t even know where to begin! It was so equipped…from all the kitchen needs we could imagine, towels galore, comfy beds, games, movies, outdoor activities, tons of outdoor seating. We enjoyed hours on the water with the available tubes, kayaks, paddle boards. Even in the evening, the moon-lit sky was so pretty to watch from the huge deck (or the hot tub). It was kind of hard to say good-bye but we see another visit in our future!😊

This home had everything we needed from water toys, to a game room, a movie room and awesome appliances. Plenty of room for all of our guests and super clean upon arrival! The dock was spacious and the boathouse with the refrigerator was super convenient. Overall, would 10/10 recommend and will be looking to stay here again!

What an amazing house! We My just returned from a 5 day stay at this incredibly beautiful and well stocked waterfront Lake Anna house and have only the highest praise for the host, Daniel as well as this wonderful property. Daniel's communication was outstanding. He very quickly answered our questions and provided continued communication throughout the process, from pre booking to checkout. He was always very friendly and provided exact instructions regarding driving directions, entry info, tech details, local attractions, boat rental info, checkout info, etc. The house is brand new and we felt as though we were staying at a model home with such beautiful decor and furnishings. The provided linens, bath towels and beach towels of very high quality and everything was incredibly clean and fresh. I have never stayed in such a well stocked rental and no detail was overlooked. The boathouse and dock (and provided water equipment) were a real highlight for us. You will not be disappointed!

Our whole family with children took a weekend to enjoy some time away from home by the lake. And it was by far the best vacation we had together. The house is by the lake and there were always things to do for the children and for adults. While the children watched TV or played together with games, the adults enjoyed their time sitting by the lake or rowing in a kayak or a paddle-boat. It's definitely a place where once you stay, you want to stay even longer. Communication with the management was simple and fast. They were ready to respond to any questions or problems, if any should arise. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The place was very spacious. Our family talked about returning next year, because there are more things we wished we could have done. We went out for vacation, and we wished it was our home.

The house is spacious and well laid out with plenty of room for all guests including both adults and teenagers ( in our case) to hang out together or give each other space. The kitchen is well stocked with every kitchen catering tool you can think of, which we needed as we cooked breakfast, lunch and dinner there everyday. In the garage there js a large fridge and a large freezer to hold all your food so you can stock up for your entire stay. This is the type of house you can come to relax and catch up with friends, loaded with groceries and a meal plan, and enjoy relaxing by the lake, swimming or paddling, cooking and eating together, playing games or watching a movie downstairs! The house is on the lake with SUPs and canoes, and this was enough for our group to explore this part of the lake but there are options to hire jet ski and boats if you ask the host. The media room downstairs was a big hit with the teenagers. The host Daniel was quick to respond to any of our queries.

After spending a girls getaway weekend at one of Daniel's properties, I knew I wanted to book a family summer vacation. Fairwinds&Fairways is the perfect house! Plenty of spacious rooms all with bathrooms, a huge kitchen and eating area, a game-room with everything imaginable to keep the littles occupied. The property has a beautiful short path down to the dock/boathouse and small sandy beach. Canoes, kayaks, floats etc...no need to think of anything, Daniel provides it all! I'd also like to mention i'm quite OCD about cleanliness and organization, Daniel's properties are A+++!! Communication was always prompt and accommodating. Highly recommend visiting Lake Anna and enjoying one of Daniel's properties! We'll definitely be coming back again and again!

Our first trip to Lake Anna was a great experience thanks to the beautiful and scenic house provided by our incredible host Daniel. Although the neighborhood is still under construction, it didn't stop us from fully enjoying the house, its amenities and the lake. Daniel goes above and beyond by fully stocking and equipping the house with everything any family could need, including a bassinet, high chair and high end appliances. The house is well built and finished perfectly. The boat house provides beach floats,toys and life vests in case you forgot to bring any. By far the best airbnb experience I have had to date.
